January National Mentoring Month with The International Girls Academy

The International Girls Academy (IGA) is a new organization based in Newark, New Jersey, founded in 2020. We are dedicated to empowering and inspiring young girls to reach their full potential and become the leaders of tomorrow.January is National Mentoring Month and the IGA is proud to be part of this important initiative. Mentoring is an essential tool for helping young people to build their skills, develop their confidence, and reach their goals.At the IGA, we recognize that mentoring relationships are especially important for young girls. We are committed to providing our students with positive role models and mentors who can help them to develop their skills and talents.We are currently looking for mentors to join our team for the month of March, which is Women’s History Month. This is a unique opportunity for individuals to make a real difference in the lives of our students.We are looking for mentors who are passionate about helping young girls to reach their full potential. Our mentors will have the opportunity to provide guidance and support to our students, and to help them to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.We are looking for mentors who have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide constructive feedback.

Our mentors should also be able to provide our students with the tools they need to make informed decisions and to take ownership of their own lives.We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for our students, and we are looking for mentors who are committed to this goal. We believe that mentoring relationships should be based on trust, respect, and mutual understanding.At the IGA, we are dedicated to empowering and inspiring young girls to reach their full potential.
