1,001 Thank U is an ongoing campaign produced by The International Girls Academy to help show support to our first responders for their hard work and sacrifice on the job daily. The International Girls Academy will provide monthly thank you cards to Hospitals, EMT squads, supermarkets, fire stations, police departments, NJ transit, etc to show support during these uncertain times.
You Flo, My Flo
The International Girls Academy is fighting to end period poverty and educate girls about their period. IGA NJ created You Flo, My Flo, a program that focuses on educating, empowering, and enlightening Brown and Black Students about reproductive and sexual health. This program works to eliminate the stigma by providing the resources and tools they need.
Box of Hope
The International Girls Academy presents “A Box of Hope” social campaign to supply women and girls in need with essential toiletry items like soap, pads, shampoo, washcloths, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.
If you own or represent a store, community center, or business and want to get involved, you can set up and design your own box to ask supporters to donate specific items for that quarter.
10,000 Steps to End The digital Divide
10,000 Steps to End The digital Divide connects underrepresented students who need access to the internet and computers. Support for this initiative can come from individuals purchasing a laptop, and companies can host a computer or technology drive.
